PSS is a corporate service provider registered with ACRA (“CSP”) to handle the secretarial support businesses require with respect to company administration. Common services that a business may require from a corporate secretary on a regular basis are:

• Preparation and filing of annual returns

• Preparation and submission of XBRL

• Provision of nominee secretary

With the coming into force of the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024, certain company matters must now be done through a CSP. For example, foreigners wishing to incorporate a company, or the appointment of nominee directors. You may refer to ACRA for more information.
